The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Russell, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Russell, Virginia, described as follows:

All that certain tract, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being two (2) miles west of Mew, in Castlewood Magisterial District of Russell County, Virginia, on the north side of and adjacent to Virginia State Primary Highway No. 66, and described more particularly as follows:
Beginning at an oak on north side of the State Highway, following State Highway in a southwesterly direction to top of hill; thence following the State Highway in a northwesterly direction to the line of the tract of land now or formerly owned by George Hall; thence following the line of the George Hall tract straight up the hollow to the corner of the tract of land now or formerly owned by J. T. Osborne; thence following the line of the J. T. Osborne tract in a northeasterly direction to the State Highway; thence following up the State Highway south to starting point at oak tree, and
containing 18.6 acres, more or less.
Being the same property conveyed to T. M. Mullen and Blanche Mullen, his wife, by Deed from Luellen Bush Kennedy, widow, dated September 14, 1962 and recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court of Russell County, Virginia on October 24, 1962 in Deed Book 183 at
Page 418.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 256 at Page 182, and Deed Book 257 at Page 680.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: T M Mullen also known as Tarleton M. Mullen, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 100 Shockoe Slip, Richmond, Virginia 23219; Blanche Mullen also known as Virginia Blanche Mullen, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Jennifer Mullen Harrison, whose last known address is 792 Terra Alta Drive, Aylett, Virginia 23009; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before September 8, 2026 in the Clerk s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Russell, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
