ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to partition certain lands located in Castlewood, Castlewood Magisterial District of Russell County, owned by the heirs and successors of G. V. Osborne, deceased, and Maxie Osborne, deceased, described in the Russell County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 119, at Page 256, and Deed Book 109, at Page 547.
An Affidavit has been made and filed that the number of defendants upon whom process has been served is seven (7), and the defendants so served represent like interests with the parties not served with process; and
The defendants not served with process are designated in the attached Exhibit “A”, and
It appearing from the pleading that certain unknown defendants, as possible heirs or devisees of the defendants; if they be dead, and possible heirs or devisees of G. V. Osborne, deceased, and Maxie Osborne, deceased, and any other persons that may have an interest in the subject property, are proceeded against as all other parties unknown.
It is so Ordered that the aforesaid defendants designated in the attached “Exhibit” and all other persons who have an interest in the subject property appear on or before the 26th day of October, 2026, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Russell County, Virginia, to do what is necessary to protect their interests.
It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published in the Lebanon News, a newspaper with general circulation in Russell County, Virginia, for one (1) time a week for four (4) consecutive weeks, and that a copy of this Order be posted at the Courthouse of Russell County, Virginia, and also a copy of such Order be mailed to the defendants designated in the attached Exhibit “A”, at their last known address, all to be done within ten (10) days after the entry of this Order.
