A Lebanon man has been arrested as part of an undercover operation by the Bristol Tennessee Police Department.
The investigation netted eight arrests and targeted suspected online predators.
According to a press release from the Bristol Tennessee Police Department, the suspects were allegedly “engaged in conversations of an explicit sexual nature” with detectives who were posing as underage girls.
Police said some of the suspects sent or asked for nude photographs and were making plans to meet who they thought was a minor for sexual activity.
Among those arrested was David A. Carter, 47, of Lebanon. Carter is charged with sexual exploitation of a minor via electronic means and solicitation of a minor.
Others arrested were:
Daniel A. Dishman, 40, of Chilhowie, Virginia, who is charged with sexual exploitation of a minor via electronic means and solicitation of a minor.
Anthony E. Stasik, 29, of Bristol, Virginia, who is charged with solicitation of a minor.
Ryan A. Hodge, 41, of Bristol, Tennessee, who is charged with sexual exploitation of a minor via electronic means and solicitation of a minor.
Brandon M. Castle, 29, of Bristol, Tennessee, who is charged with solicitation of a minor and patronizing prostitution of a minor.
Joseph M. Collins, 35, of Gray, Tennessee, who is charged with sexual exploitation of a minor via electronic means and solicitation of a minor.
Romeo D. Taylor, 25, of Bristol, Virginia, who is charged with sexual exploitation of a minor via electronic means and solicitation of a minor.
Timothy A. Foley, Jr., 44, of Bluefield, Virginia, who is charged with sexual exploitation of a minor via electronic means, solicitation of a minor, and patronizing prostitution of a minor.
