Virginia Tech’s HOKIE HARVEST Sale
The Hokie Harvest Sale will be held on Friday, October 30 at 6:30 p.m. at the Alphin-Stuart Arena on the campus of Virginia Tech in Blacksburg. This year’s sale will include beef cattle (both registered purebreds and commercials) sold as:
- purebred spring pair splits
- purebred fall pairs
- spring-bred commercial cows & heifers
- breeding age bulls
Purchasers of purebred Hereford, Simmental, and Angus cattle will be able to select AI-sired animals from a cross-section of Virginia Tech’s Beef Herd. Some of the very best animals with “curve bending” genetics will be offered from the university herd. Animals will be available for inspection at your convenience 10 days prior to the sale.
